This graphic is an interesting snapshot of the state of play of the adoption of supply chain automation.

In short, when you consider the data underlying this visual together with other surveys, the message is that it is a mixed bag – particularly for small and mid-size companies (who typically are under-represented in surveys).

As this graphic shows, there are a lot of challenges to adopting new technology, but our experience with our clients is that it can be well worth it if the goals are clear.
